1. Forward All Calls:
Forward all incoming calls to Heynet’s AI-powered assistant. Our AI will screen the call, take a message, and send you an instant text summary with the option to call back.
There are two ways to set this up:
Option 1: Forward All Calls Through Your Phone’s Settings
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to Phone or Call Settings.
- Select Call Forwarding.
- Enter the Heynet number: 720-804-0955.
- Save the changes. All your calls will now be screened by Heynet’s AI assistant.
Option 2: Forward Calls Using Provider Shortcodes Use your carrier’s shortcode to forward all calls to Heynet’s AI assistant. Here’s how to do it based on your provider:
- AT&T: Dial 21 + Heynet number (720-804-0955), then press #.
- Verizon: Dial *72 + Heynet number, then press Send.
- T-Mobile: Dial *21 + Heynet number, then press Send.
- Sprint: Dial *72 + Heynet number, then press Send.
After entering the appropriate shortcode, all your incoming calls will be forwarded to Heynet.
2. Forward Unanswered Calls:
Only forward calls that you don’t recognize or answer in time. Heynet’s AI will step in to screen missed calls and send you a summary with a callback number.
How to Set This Up Using Provider Shortcodes:
- AT&T: Dial 61 + Heynet number, then press #.
- Verizon: Dial *71 + Heynet number, then press Send.
- T-Mobile: Dial *61 + Heynet number, then press Send.
- Sprint: Dial *73 + Heynet number, then press Send.
This will forward only unanswered calls to Heynet for AI screening.
3. Use Heynet as Your Personal Number:
Give out the Heynet number (720-804-0955) directly to contacts. Approved callers will be connected to you immediately, while unapproved callers will leave a message. You’ll receive an instant text summary.
No setup is required for this option—simply share your Heynet number with those you want to communicate with. The AI assistant will handle the rest!
